The Restaurant

The hotel has an accredited restaurant where you can enjoy the best cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant is a culinary reference in the area, with a letter dynamic, cheerful and seasonal, dominated cuisine of rondeña always clear inspiration in easily recognizable flavors and aromas of earth, not to mention the best selection of products more representative of the county. It's as well as traditional dishes are combined Ronda, as the bull's tail stew, the stew of lamb or cod to garlic, along with other specialties, such as a golden salt or the typical paella.

Our restaurant has a capacity of about one hundred people, being made up of two rooms and an outdoor terrace, both a pleasant environment, and an exquisite treatment. Our sevice and quality in the Hotel and Restaurant services are accredited by the AENOR quality certification.
